What is PayKickstart and how can it help my business?

How do I install PayKickstart?

PayKickstart is web based software. This means there’s NO INSTALLATION required and it works with all operating systems (including Windows and MacOS). We host PayKickstart so you don’t have to worry about installing, upgrading or maintaining any software or web servers.

What do I need to start selling my products?

All you need to sell your products online is PayKickstart and a product to sell! With just a few clicks, you can have your first product and sales funnel set up, ready to start making you money!

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get 100% Full access to the entire cart for FREE for a full 14 days. If after the 14 days you’re still in love PayKickstart (which you’re practically guaranteed to be), it’s just a low flat $99 per month after that, no additional fees.

Do you charge on a per sale basis? Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely NOT! We do not charge our customers anything when they make a sale. The only additional fee you will incur is the normal fees charged to you by your payment processor (Paypal, Stripe, Braintree, etc…).

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. PayKickstart does not lock you in to any long-term contracts! You can cancel your account anytime by just sending us an email at support@paykickstart.com.

Does PayKickstart store any customer payment information?

Absolutely not! All payment information is 100% handled by a secure, PCI compliant 3rd party partner (ie: Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.net, Braintree). For additional security, PayKickstart is set up on a highly safe and secure server. Built on Amazon AWS Infrastructure, PayKickstart is perfect for low, medium, and high traffic websites. Our blazing fast speeds, reliability, and scalability can handle even the largest sites online.

Can I integrate PayKickstart with the services I already use in my business?

Yes! We have a looooooong list of current Email Marketing, Membership, Webinar and Payment integrations of which we continue to expand. If you would like to see specific additional integrations, feel free to contact us so we can get them added for you!

Can I charge in a different currency?

Yes, depending on the payment gateway you integrate with, you will be able to select and charge customers in your local currency.

How many products, sales funnels, and affiliates can I have?

In short, UNLIMITED. We believe in helping your business, not limiting it. It’s also why we will never charge you when you make a sale! You can sell an unlimited number of products, create an unlimited number of sales funnels, PLUS build an unlimited number of people in your affiliate army. We simply charge a low, flat monthly fee for Vendors regardless of the number of products you sell.

How much does it cost to promote PayKickstart vendors as an affiliate?

It is absolutely free to signup and become an affiliate.  It only takes less than 60 seconds and you can create your account here.

How do I promote vendors products?

Each vendor is given a unique “affiliate request link” of which they need to provide their affiliate partners. Once an affiliate requests to promote, the vendor can either approve or deny your request. If they approve your request, you will find your unique affiliate link under “Links” in your PayKickstart account.

What’s the difference between Instant and Delayed payments?

Instant payments are commission payments made to the affiliate, at the point of sale. Delayed payments are payments made manually by the vendor typically after the refund period has cleared.

What are the best ways to promote products as an affiliate?
How do I get paid commissions?

Ultimately each vendor you promote is responsible for paying out your commissions. However if the vendor puts your affiliate account on Instant Payments, you’ll receive instant commissions to your Paypal account for any customers who purchase using the Paypal Adaptive API.

If put on Delayed Payments or customers who purchase using credit card, we recommend our vendors to payout commissions after their refund period has expired.

Where can I find promotional materials to use?

Each vendor has the ability to provide email swipes and banners that affiliates can access inside of the “Marketing” tab in your account.
